Error: Chromium revision is not downloaded

Executing the following code using the built docker image,

const puppeteer = require('puppeteer-core');

(async () => {
const browser = await puppeteer.launch();
  const page = await browser.newPage();
  const response= await page.goto('http://example.com');
  await page.waitFor(1000)
  await page.screenshot({path: 'example.png'});
  await browser.close();
  
})();

generates the following error
