Subtract with overflow

Data in the file 03-11-2020 sometimes isn't parsed correctly, and China ends up with values still at 0. Furthermore, calculation subtracting from the previous day numbers results in a "attempt to subtract to overflow".
Data itself isn't corrupted, and the integer type is cast to i32, which shouldn't have issues with subtracting to negative.
The problem does not appear at every run, trying again can yield correct calculations.
Running in dev profile induces a panic and termination, whereas release switches it a NaN, and ignores the calculation without panicking.
