Suggestion: replace CDN with local scripts

The use of CDNs is difficult regarding privacy laws, the usage must be mentioned on privacy pages, etc. From my point of view it would be better to include all scripts and packages locally.

I saw that docsify-cli (https://github.com/docsifyjs/docsify-cli) has a "--local" option, but the starter kit was designed a little bit differently, therefore this does not work right now (The docsify build process could be triggered with Github Actions instead of just using Github Pages)
