Changing character stats is not working

Describe the bug
Generating a config and editing the values doesn't do anything on my RoR2 Modman profile.
(Character being tested was artificer for reference in the .cfg)

Additional context
I tested this on a fresh profile separated from my modpack with just custom run & the dependencies and still couldn't get it to work.

The log still references other mods that are not on my profile and I have no clue why. I tried clearing cache and deleting 100% of my profiles (and directory BepInEx is installed in for good measure) and moon tunes still pops up in the console, no idea if it's related to the bug or not but I felt like I should explain why it's there.

Incompatibility with WolfoQOL prevents Void Fields cell holdouts from ending

When reaching 99% on a Void Fields cell, instead of ending the event and spawning a void potential per player, the radius gradually shrinks while the charge remains at 99% indefinitely. Only occurs when UCR and WolfoQOL are installed at the same time.

I don't know whether this is something that has to be fixed on the end of the other mod as well/instead.
