Polyfill recheckand cross-platform testings

babel-polyfill might be the only polyfill we need to support IE10+ but not sure.

I don't have time to write testings yet but it should be at least tested manually on IE10+, Safari and FireFox.

Haven't talk about Mobile support yet.

Implementation of Profile UI

Will follow the description in this Google Slide. The design patten of tagging is very likely to be adapted from this library Taggle.js.

Check Licenses of dependencies

Should be MIT-only.

Login and logout missing

Integration of React components' CSS and Bootstrap Sass

Currently the CSS of React components in dime-ui is not modularized and has not been prefixed(will likely ave cross platform issues). I will use css-modules to achieve fully modularization and PostCSS plugins including autoprefixer, cssnext(might be optional), cssnano and sanitize.css to support all modern browsers and IE 10+.

Very likely to drop Bootstrap 4 since it is still in alpha. New framework such as Sematic-UI might be a better candidate since it has better react support. 

Security issue?

Currently dime-ui stores username and password in browser's localstorage after user login. This might have security issue. However, currently we don't have OAuth so the only way to achieve stateless on UI side (without asking username/password on every requests) is to store secrets in localstorage. Once we have OAuth the username and password will be replaced with JSON Token. Any suggestions?
