Implement evictor to check with certain regularity if connection is still valid

Also, this evictor should honor settings around max idle time

Implement borrow timeout

If a resource is acquired by some code and it hasn't been released in a given time frame (must be configurable), we should mark the resource as "Orphaned" and remove it from the pool.

If release is called on an Orphaned resource we should still try to cleanup by calling the factory.destroy() method, but shouldn't in any way add it back to the pool.

Implement heuristic to avoid testOnBorrow if it's been tested recently

If a connection has been tested recently, there's a big chance that it's still valid.

Though it would reduce how safe is the connection, this is an heuristic that would prove good most times (it should be behind a feature flag)
