Can you provide the following details?

1. Environment & versions
2. Is there a grade item related with this assignment in gradebook?
3. Is it always like this since installation?
4. If 3 is no. What have you done before it does not work?

This issue should be submitted to https://github.com/hit-moodle/onlinejudge, which is onlinejudge 1.x and was already stopped maintaining. You'd better upgrade both moodle and onlinejudge to the latest version.

According the details you provided, I think somebody has deleted the gradebook grade item related with the assignment. Perhaps, reconstruct the grade item can solve this problem.

I will close this issue since it is not about this project.
