The problem is that some times gives the error up and some time ( rejudge the same problem ) it is good ( success ).

Ideone.com changed the access policy. It seems that it will reject the later access if the delay between accesses is too short. You can increase the delay value at settings->site administration->plugins->local plugins->onlinejudge. The default value 5 does not work now.
