No flag file when command doesn't exist

When the command doesn't exist (or probably more generally, cannot be executed), cronwrapper terminates with a stack trace and doesn't create a "failed" file.

Hang

Observed once (so far):
The job blocks writing to stderr. The cronwrapper process is in wait4(). That's not surprising, since the real action should happen in the two worker threads. However there seems to be only one of them and I couldn't find out what it was doing.

So it seems the worker thread for stderr died for some reason.

Optionally pass through stdout

Some cronjobs intentionally produce output which should be mailed to the user. They could of course invoke the mail command explicitely, but then you have to configure an email address, etc.

It would still be useful to use cronwrapper for those scripts to capture all the unintentional output, especially error messages.

So cronwrapper should have an option to pass through stdout.
