Development

Start mongoDB docker-compose up -d mongo, or a local mongoDB

Build and run: ./gradlew bootRun -Dspring.data.mongodb.uri=mongodb://localhost:27017/reactive or start spring boot in your favorite IDE

Docker

docker-compose up builds and runs the application

Capped collection

The application uses a collection called messages, that needs to be capped.

Capping is done manually with: db.runCommand({ convertToCapped: 'reactive.messages', size: 9128 }); until I figure out how to do this at startup 🕶
