Ability to change datetime formatting

The program now contains european datetime formatting.

Ability to write to multiple different log files simultaneously

I need to write to multiple log files each in different thread.

Empty label in logger::log() causes unexpected error

Ability to mark messages with different label

This is useful, if I want to write to single log from 2 different threads:

function run() {
    local server="${1}"
    local command="${2}"

    ...
    logger::log "${server}" "D" "Running command '${command}'."
    ...
}

...
for server in "${server_list}"; do
    run "${server}" "${command}"
done

Output is

[23.08.2019 18:04:57] <server1> D: Running command 'shutdown'.
[23.08.2019 18:04:57] <server2> D: Running command 'shutdown'.
