Add option for time window masking analyzer data

At the Davos site, the QCL gas analyzer does not always sample air from the eddy covariance inlet. Nevertheless, analyzer data are continously streamed to the binary EC file, regardless of the selected air stream input. In addition, there is no flag or any other method to check for the inlet in the binary EC data. Thus, it would be beneficial to be able to mask out time windows, where the analyzer data should not be used for flux calculation.

• what to do with the analyzer data in the masked windows? NaN or just repeating the last valid record? Leave this as an option?

extraction of AGC values

• For files that do not store the AGC value (window dirtiness, signal strength) as separate column and that are already in ASCII format.
• This is the case e.g. during the test phase of the new logging script rECord at the research site CH-FRU in 2023.
• The AGC value has to be extracted from the variable GA_DIAG_VALUE.
• See datablock doc for more info.

check parallelization options for conversion

• parallel execution could work for converting files, but needs restrictions e.g. max 4 CPUs
