Home Assistant Blue coloured Top Nav remains after installing the Theme

Hi,

My header/top nav remains the same default blue after installing/applying the theme.

I am running a docker version of HA on a Raspberry Pi4.

Dropdown form input doesn't follow the theme

Currently, the new form input elements doesn't follow the theme

I'm already doing a pull request to fix that, but I'm posting an issue first to keep track of it.

Proposal:

Change installation step 5

to:
Go to services and trigger the frontend.reload_themes service.

Icon display when not available

I noticed that for entities they are currently unavailable or unknown, the icons are displayed faded bright and for entities they are worked normally and are available, the icons are displayed faded.
Shouldn't this be the other way around?

Missing Hover effect - Bad usability for High-Res screens

The Automations Panel layout is 'almost' unusable with high-res monitors.
The name of the Automations get so far left from the buttons on the other side, that you can't tell they are related to each other, it really is a trial and error situation when I want to pick the right one to edit.

As discussed on the home assistant frontend repository, the issue is on the theme, because of the missing Hover effect.

Add-on documentation code background is white

When viewing the documentation pages of add-ons in the supervisor add-on store, the background of example code blocks is white, while the text is light gray. This makes it very hard to read.

Please change this background color to some form of dark gray/black.
