tdbloader2 not working?

fuseki-server starts up fine manually: /opt/fuseki-etc/fuseki-server --file=FILE /DS

but trying to use configuration to load data with tdbloader2 is failing in script /vagrant/scripts/load-ttl.sh

add option to run with images from HU or locally

use fuser to stop any existing fuseki before loading new

add to load-ttl.sh script

Configure fuseki to load at boot time

test all-hmt.sh

Almost certainly will hang with start of fuseki. Once this related issue is addressed, the all-hmt.sh script should be freshly tested

Should minimize if not remove references to specific fuseki and jena versions

Since they're not available as debs, we have to download them directly. We should have only one reference to a specific version to download: perhaps then alias the dl to a generic name that's used elsewhere. Otherwise, too high a risk of breakage whenever fuseki upgrades, since they don't seem to keep past versions around for dl, at least on arxive.org.

Find graceful way to start fuseki in bg

Current load-ttl.sh script runs fine, but can it automaitcally bg the fuseki job?

Add standard HMT CSS to system/web

proxy tomcat to apache

Correct time zone setting

Currently running for UTC. Should be localized.
