Is Strings compatible with Windows XP ?

I think not because it does not load.

how to search for strings in dll?

I am debugging a program, and one of the modules I want to search for strings is a DLL and not the exe itself. Is there a way that the strings plugin can do this?

Search list in not reset back when filter is cleared

1. Search for all strings
2. In the filter, type something so that the list is narrowed down to a few results
3. Select all text in the filter and hit Delete or Backspace
4. The list will still display the last few results

We can use setlocale to better support search for Unicode

such as :

• setlocale(LC_ALL , "zh-cn");
• setlocale(LC_ALL , "pt-BR");

Freezes on filtering

Hello.

I'm working with 60 MB executable. Strings search takes 30 seconds. Adding filter freezes for minute. Same with removing filter.

Thanks for nice plugin, search is very fast compared to native one.
