Error page after modify an interface

I got this error on a blank page after try to (successfully) save and apply changes in an interface config:

No page is registered at '/admin/network/network'.
If this url belongs to an extension, make sure it is properly installed.
If the extension was recently installed, try removing the /tmp/luci-indexcache file.

After that I navigate to an other page and everything goes right, because the changes are saved, and processes are reloaded, but this error is annoying.

ping: bad address

After creating a new user account, the router is unable to resolve DNS internally.
Not sure how or why... seems like a permission problem as the only files that seems to be changed are /etc/passwd /etc/shadow /etc/config/users

Ping returns:
ping: bad address 'yahoo.com

Nslookup returns:
nslookup: can't resolve '(null)': Name does not resolve

nslookup: can't resolve 'yahoo.com': Try again

If I restore the router to it defaults, resolving DNS works again... and as soon as a new user is created from the web interface ... DNS stops resolving...

Wondering if somebody else has experience this problem?

If I uninstall the package (opkg remove luci-mod-admin-multi-user), everything works

Added a interface for umts 3g with luci protocol proto-3g and received the following error
