한개의 입력박스에 "할일" 항목을 입력하고 "추가" 버튼을 클릭하면 할일 List 를 보여주는 프로젝트
할일을 입력하면 문자열 배열에 내역을 등록하고, 등록된 내역을 리스트로 출력하기
Browser 의 localStorage 에 리스트를 저장
Back-end Server 와 연동하여 MySQL DB 에 리스트를 저장하고, fetch 하기
