Goals

• set up development/production in the Docker.
• Use React, Redux to construct a CRUD ticket system.
• Use react-router for CRUD operation views.
• save data in the database and design RESTful API with Express.

Testing

Launches the test runner in the interactive watch mode.

# start local serve at localhost:3000 and api serve at localhost:8080
