Make sure database requests get cleaned up after job runs
After jobs execute, whatever post-request DB cleanup functions need to be executed so that extra resources aren't held by the job runner.
Create auto-publishing CI/CD pipeline
Allow jobs to have timeouts
Right now a job could run forever and be stuck - there would be no way for the job runner system to know about it. The job registration should be enhanced to take a maximum runtime, and if the job takes more time than that maximum runtime the stop event should be set to orchestrate system shutdown.
Figure out how to test database permutations
Right now the conditional cleanup code is not all that well tested, given that Django really doesn't want you to change database settings in a test. This poses a problem since I need different connection max age stuff for proper testing.
