aoide-dac driver for. Linux patchbox4 5.15.36-rt41-v7l+ #1 SMP PREEMPT_RT

Hello, i have a aoide-audio-dac II card and i want to use in my "Patchbox OS". raspberry 4 box
I did not found any aoide dtbo files in /boot/overlays
I am running the real time kernel. 5.14.36-rt41-v7I
dac_install.sh. install 5.10.17 kernel modules so i guess the card will not work as it should.
it is possible to build overlays for this kernel ? Tnx

update to kernel version 5.10.92+ (for Volumio 3.324)

Hello Howard,

I would like to know if it is possible to rebuild your driver for Volumio 3 latest version ?
As of today, current version of Volumio is 3.324 (2022-07-11) and require modules for Linux kernel version 5.10.92+.

Thank you !

How to integrate drivers with Moode Audio?

Hi,

I have successfully installed the latest Aoide drivers on Moode Audio 7.1.0, however still the Aoide DAC II is not listed under the 'Devices' option in the audio settings.
Is there an extra step needed to integrate the Aoide drivers into Moode Audio?

Thanks!

how to install the driver correctly???

Pi 3b, aoide dac II, volumio 2.632
using PuTTY install the driver in this way

su root
curl -L --output ./dac_install.sh https://github.com/howardqiao/aoide-dac-drivers/raw/master/dac_install.sh && chmod +x ./dac_install.sh

Easy way to get this working with Libreelec??

I'm no Linux expert.. I'm just an audiophile.

Is there an easy way to install this on Libreelec 9.2 Kernal (4.19.127 RPi 4)

Tried to copy files to appropriate folders and run /install.sh but got this error:
" /install.sh failed at line ****....."

I tried just adding the .dtbo files (from the appropriate kernel version) to the "overlays" folder
in libreelec and edit the config.txt with "dtoverlay=aoide-digi-pro".. This did not work
I can usually find a dtoverly that's comparable and just edit the config.txt..

But this one is a little tougher..

Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you

Very low volume level

Volumio2.599 kernel_4.19.69
I have to set 80-100% instead of 40-50 with previews volumio image.
