make sampling function (take.sample?)

make function that takes a sample from the posterior distribution (easy), should integrate with an aggregate function to aggregate across strata. Will need to make the credible interval function operate both on the raw probabilities as well as samples so we don't have too many functions.

add library(dga) to examples
