protein glycosylation not for direct annotation

I see a lot of modification terms representing single steps are now flagges as not for direct annotation (yay)!

However, I think we need to 'unblock'
protein glycosylation
because this represents pathways rather than functions.

It is also in quite a few slim sets, and has children which are more clearly pathways, like

dolichol-linked oligosaccharide biosynthetic process (GO:0006488)
