[Enhancement] Provide feedback about unsuccessful user actions

Please provide feedback about unsuccessful user actions, preferably with a transient notification, which is not permanently saved (until deleted) in the SFOS eventsview.
Examples for such actions:

• A regular translator tries to set the "Reviewed" radio button (which needs reviewer status).
• A regular translator tries to edit a reviewed string.
• Any other action resulting in a explicitly negative server response (e.g. insufficient role for this action).

[Enhancement] Support Translate Toolkit based translation servers, e.g. Pootle

Please support Translate Toolkit based translation servers, e.g. Pootle (as Jolla has switched to an own Pootle instance for translating SailfishOS' strings), as an account type (in addition to Transifex).

Thanks for this nice, little SFOS app, which raises productivity significantly, as the recent version of Transifex's JavaScript based web editor is practically unusable on a smartphone.

Move Transifex API into separate library

Move all the API access logic into a separate library, possibly unified to support Pootle and Weblate.

Offline support

Currently an internet connection is needed for every operation. I will try to find a user friendly solution for a real offline support.

• store strings and project information to local database
• translate strings offline
• compare offline data with online data before sending, to show up differences in the data

Make UI language choosable in settings

Make it possible to choose the UI language in the settings.

Framrekkari fails to load the Slug harbour-berail (source language: English-UK!)

On TX:harbour-berail everything works fine, but out of more than 30 Slugs, harbour-berail is the only one not loading from the list shown, when selecting "Show all projects" in Framrekkari's pulley menu.
Framrekkari permanently shows a "busy circle" after selecting harbour-berail, no matter if by tapping on it in the "all projects" Slug list or by entering the Slug name "harbour-berail" manually. This is not a connection error (which occurs every now and then, but always ultimately results in an error message by Framrekkari), the network was running fine and stable in the three days of testing this occasionally.

Observation: harbour-berail is the only project in my Slug list, which uses "English (United Kingdom)" as its source language; all other Slugs use plain "English".
