Const all the things

Use the const keyword where possible

Getting ready for unit tests

A few changes to make to pave the way for unit testing

• move response sending to ignite (make route return a response)
• mock request creation
• mock firestorm object where the ignite method takes a request and returns a response (could inherit everything from firestorm then overload the ignite method)
• response equivalent operator overloading

Rework cookies

• Add support for prefixes
• Add support for Expires
• Add support for Domain
• Reevaluate cookie defaults
• Make cookie creation a bit more user friendly (create some sane default configurations for different situations)

Install into splashkit

Use meson to install firestorm into .spashkit then we can use skm for compiling projects. Would also be good to make an install script.
