Lack of Episode creation and episode upload

Make it possible to both create and upload episodes:

• Create episode
•   Upload files to episode

QuickPay lacking

QuickPay, or other payment solution, has yet to be integrated, we also need to include a subscription service, and figure out a model for that!

No tests are written 🙀
