Fix Configuration.php for Symfony5

symfony/config ^5.0 has changed TreeBuilder definition:

• Before 5: (new TreeBuilder())->root('name')
• After 5: (new TreeBuilder('name')->getRootNode())

Hide configured commands by default in Application

In src/Application.php, default value for $allCommands is true, but it should be false.

Hide useless informations in list command

When no command to execute (bin/console), an help is showned (everything before cache:clear):

It's usefull when we start to use symfony/console, but not really when we know how to use it.

We can hide all this informations by default, and show it only when verbose (-v, -vv or -vvv)?
Or we can configure if we want to show it by default / only when verbose?

Add --all-commands to not exclude commands

Instead of keeping this code in bin/console:

use Huttopia\ConsoleBundle\Application;

And when we cant to list / use all commands, uncomment first line and comment second one: add --all-commands option.

Move source code files into src/ directory

A common use on repositories is to have all source code files into src/ directory instead of at root.

With autoload this modification should not impact anything, so we don't need to create a 2.0.0 after this modification.

console.list.output.highlight with "-" in command name

symfony/yaml replace - by _ in yaml keys, but not in values (normal behavior).

A fix to replace - by _ when we compare command name has been made, but console.list.output.highlight values are not replaced by symfony/yaml.

Allow Symfony 5 dependencies

Symfony allowed dependencies are 2, 3 and 4 but 5 is also possible.
