Keep Trackdate of gpx on upload of new track

TrackList should be by _score desc

In TrackMain.tsx.refreshTrackListData() tracks get added to trackListData Array in order of the time they are returned from the API (Database). This breaks the order of _score.
Either keep the _score in the track object and then sort the array at some point in time (WHEN?)
or
Provide for an api call that gets tracks for an input array of trackIDs. This call can then return them in order of the original score
