关于评价指标

您好，打扰啦~我有两个问题想要请教一下：

• 在ranking effectiveness使用的评价指标中，DOA中分式的分子为什么两个数字之间用了集合的∩来连接呢？还有分母如果为0的话要怎么处理呢？
• 在modeling ralationality中对公共组件相似度的定义中提到下面这句话，但是不应该是值越高，相似度越高吗？
