Undefined constants

Hi! I installed this plugin as I have just the same use case but I'm getting the following errors:

  • ( ! ) Warning: Use of undefined constant AMX_DATE_FORMAT - assumed 'AMX_DATE_FORMAT' (this will throw an Error in a future version of PHP) in /app/public/wp-content/plugins/wocommerce-taxonomy-coupon/amx-loader.php on line 21

  • Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /app/public/wp-content/plugins/wocommerce-taxonomy-coupon/amx-loader.php:13)

I plan to have a look at the source code tomorrow when I have a little bit more of time but I would greatly appreciate if you could give me some hints or what you think will need to be touched to get rid of these two errors.
