Finalize network adminstration tools design

We need to have network monitoring tools. I am thinking of something like this: https://ethstats.net/

However, we need to determine what fields are required. I think statistics like 0.95 CI for transaction confirmation times, etc. are needed.

I think we should make the network admin tools an open source project under Hyperledger, e.g., iroha-network-tools.

スメラギの合意形成システムでは、validatingのサーバーの中で、今の最新の取引のMerkle Rootを署名して、2f+1の署名が集まれば、ある取引は確定となる。

これをこのようインターフェースで示したら格好良いでしょう！

need an 'API to get the information'

I need an core side API to get the following information.

• number of processed transactions, best block
• average transaction time, average block time
• Current availability
• Throughput value(Current and maximum)
• a list of peers in a network.
  • type: "Leader" or "varidate"
  • Name, public key, version
  • status: "dead" or "alive"
  • IP address
  • uptime
  • number of peers
  • Hijiri (trust) scores
  • Latency information
• a list of processed transactions / pending transactions
  • hash, from, to, value, ... various information
• statistics
  • number of processed transactions per day
  • number of pending transactions per day
  • throughput value
  • latency value
  • min, average, median, maximum transaction size
