Cross-modifier `mod` does not register on Windows

This is the result of an imperfect InteractionHandler.getAliasForKey(). What happens is:

• on Windows, the function loops through all the alias values and checks for Control on both aliases and associations
• instead of reaching mod, which is at the bottom of the list, it sees that Control is an association of ctrl, stops the search, and returns Control as key

A quick patch fix would be to put mod to the top of the list.

A more wholesome solution would be to rewrite the function itself so that errors like this could never happen. This would also further enable any potential extensibility this library could have.
