👋  Hi there!

My research interest is to use genomics or transcriptomics data to develop computational methods that can contribute to the development of personalized treatments for each patient, on the premise of a better understanding of the disease. In particular, I analyze the state of several cancer-causing cells in terms of gene expression and focus on transcriptome, molecular generation models, and multi-omics integrated analysis for drug development.
