The loop option will allow the slideshow to go from the last slide to the first slide.
The default scroll transition will move the carousel back to the start rather than append a copy of the first item to the end so the horizontal loop effect I assume you're after is not particularly smooth. I don't plan on adding 'infinite loop' functionality to the plugin at the moment because it would require quite a strict setup and I would like to keep this code quite general purpose.
