You want the auto setting, speed is the duration of the transition between slides.

I think I might have to ask for a small fee to cover my bandwidth costs downloading your page ;-)

Sorry, about the bandwidth. I'll convert those pngs shortly. They slow down
testing, too. ;-)

The auto setting, however, isn't having an effect. I changed it to 50,000
and the show rolls along at the same speed, changing slides about every 4-5
seconds.

data-skip="false" auto="50000" speed="10000" hoverPause="true"

It also ignores the hoverPause. What could be causing this?

Data attributes all require prefixing with data-, so it would be data-auto="50000" and not auto="50000".

Aha. That would make a difference. While we're at it, the client would like
the buttons to disappear as she think 14 is a ridiculously high number of
photos to have. Is there a way to do that? I took a couple stabs at it
without success.
