All my packages are built with lzma or gzip compression therefore can be installed on iOS 10-12.
Packages should work on iOS 10.x to 13.x unless explicitly stated in package description.
Binaries will be in arm64 and armv7 archs if possible, otherwise it will be arm64 only. However do note that I only have one jailbroken device running iOS 13.5 and packages are tested there.
