Create conda package

My project uses conda for package management, and it is not advised to mix conda and pip together in the same environment. Therefore it would be useful to deploy a conda package for scrapy-mysql-pipeline.

Support for utf8mb4 charset

Database connection uses utf-8 charset with no override capabilities in Scrapy settings.py. Allowing for this override, for example, by MYSQL_CHARSET = '' would be very beneficial, especially when scraping content with emojis ('utf8mb4').

bulk insert

Add bulk insert possibility. At first glance it looks incompatible with postprocess_item method

twine --sign not working

Item is not being returned properly

Item is not being returned from process_item properly and subsequent pipelines can not seem to process it

self._process_item doesn't process correctly

self.db.runInteraction(self._process_item, item) -- sometimes won't process, sometimes process twice for one item.

Route to separate database tables

Using your pipeline, it's very helpful! Wondering if there is a simple way to route to separate database tables?

reconnect timeout

Add reconnect timeout on error

Make pipeline compatible with all item types

Introduce itemadapter into the pipeline to make the pipeline compatible with new item types pydanticobjects.

SSL Support

If I missed this anywhere my apologies, but it seems SSL connection aren't supported. Any chance this can be added/configured?
