Update Apple web app metadata

Apple has made changes to the metadata definition, which causes fullscreen mode to fail. Fix this.

New map server

Host maps on own mapserver. This is needed because new map data is 10GB and cannot be uploaded to Mapbox.

Offline mode needed for areas with poor connection.
