Overview

This project has three dependencies that are needed for full functionality. Beanstalkd, a RDBM such as MySQL and composer. Composer is used to install the project's php bundle dependencies. The instructions assume a RedHat/Fedora based system using apache.

Rotavirus clinical data diarrea episodes and vomit fields not saving properly

When creating case of Rotavirus the following fields are not saving and no saving properly, number saved not matching

1. the Maximum number of diarrhea episodes
2. Duration of Diarrhea in days before admission
3. Maximum number of vomiting episodes
4. duration of vomiting

Add in Meningitis clinical data severe malnutrition

In Meningitis clinical tab add question "Did case present with severe malnutrition?"
Currently is only in Pneumonia

with option Yes, No and Unknown

Once diseases are splitted replace name of tab Clinical data for Admission data and pneumonia

Once Pneumonia and Meningitis diseases are spit

1. replace the name of tab "Clinical data" for "Admission data"

2. then replace current "Pneumonia" tab for "Clinical data"

Same changes for Meningitis disease

User not created

Attempted to add a user while logged in as NA User. Creation appeared to be successful but the new user did not appear in the user list and could not be found by filtering on Name. Tried to create the user again, but got an error saying it already existed.

What I was trying to do was confirm that the following behaviour has changed and the note is no longer required in the documentation. Could you let me know?

1. Date of birth is different in the EPI and in the View case (off one day)
2. Show in the header case ID instead of System id, (for hospital users is better use caseid)

Problem exporting Rotavirus data in PAHO format ,
there are 2 problems:

1. you cannot select checkbox for use AMRO/PAHO format, but export data about rotavirus
2. It doesn't export in PAHO format with name of variable

When entering a case for neumonia make a default Diagnosis of admision Pneumonia

Proxy vs NonProxy URLs

In the map builder the field values don't show because the url is the backend system. Need a way to know if the url should be the backend or front depending on whether we are being proxied or not.
