Modified version of Openbravo with some UI adjustments, AU currency, and buy price as customer price. This is a code drop - I don't have a need for the software at this time, but it's released in the hope it will be useful to someone else. I notice customer pricing is a often-requested feature in Openbravo POS, and this version does it.

openbravo's Introduction

== Openbravo POS 2.30.1+micolous1  ==

Openbravo POS is a point of sale application designed for touch screens, supports ESC/POS ticket printers, customer displays and barcode scanners. It is multiuser providing product entry forms, reports and charts.

=== Special notes about this version ===

This version includes the following extra modifications:

* Australian currency is used by default. This was included from an existing modification.
* Minor UI change to remove the bar from the top of the screen that wastes screen real estate.
* Made it so that the "Buy Price" is used for registered customers. This can be used to implement a customer discount system that isn't a static percentage, and is instead implemented on a per-product basis.

These modifications were developed for a community event in Adelaide, but they don't use this software anymore, and I'm not involved with their event anymore. It is being released to the public in the hope it will be useful.
