Lack of non ::new() widget creation functions

this was not really the purpose of iced_aw to give multiple ways to do something. It was to grant people the ability to quickly get their widgets added and upkeep thru each iced change over. Once iced has stabilized hector will be adding in widgets from iced_aw to iced. when that happens they might get the shortcuts then. If you want to add them in a PR feel free too but to us its not as important as keeping it up to date.

I have started to add some of these to the main repo.

I have added most of the more important widgets to have these shortcut functions so I will be closing this.
