Change Default Port

Originally, I picked up 15000, because I needed some value that was easy to test. This is not a good choice, because it's totally random.

Looking over the current IANA assigned port numbers, while not the exact match, port 82 sounds like a better default (XFER utility).

Support dry run (by default?) on the client

Client should support a dry run, and it should probably be the default option.

Makefile has PII

Similarly to the issue #6, Makefile contains some hard-coded information. It could be improved by removing this.

Client output should not be in the log format

Client is currently using logger to output messages. This is great on the server side, but client should output more CLI friendly output.

Perhaps keep the logger as the mechanism, just change the format, unless controlled with the flag of some sort?

Man pages

There should be man pages for both server, and the client.

Install path should not be on /usr/local

Install path should go into /usr tree, not /usr/local.

Run with no flags should show help, not just fail

Running with no flags should display the help page, and not run with defaults.

Silent defaults are also really bad for this software, as intent should be explicit - especially on the client side.

GenMachineCert.sh has PII

Before making this repo public, I should've cleaned-up the GenMachineCert.sh from persona-use information. Nothing awful is in there, but it can be made to be better and more generic.
