inactive land

Hey I'm using iCoLand v2.40 and I think I found a bug. If you don't have enough money in your iconomy account and you can't pay taxes your property will become inactive. That's normal. The bug is that when you use /money pay iCoLand it will take the money out of your account but it won't re-activate your land.

Build only on your land

Hello,

I have a question, is it possible that the player could build just in his land?

because I saw this:

(icoland.misc.canbuild - allows to build in non claimed areas ( only when Prevent-Build-Without-Perm: true in the config ))?

So if the player won't have this permission so he could not build in non claimed areas?

But he can. So again, is it possible/ can you make that a player could build just in his own land, no where else.

can't seem to get taxes to work

I'm trying to get taxes to work.
When I buy land everything goes well until the first tax time comes around and bam!

08:56:02 [INFO] [iCoLand] smickles didn't have enough money to pay tax of 0.36 on land ID# 2

on my console repeating nonstop and unstoppable without a "CTRL+C"
and I assure you that I have enough money in the account to pay the tax, and I don't understand why iCoLand doesn't know this since it did the purchase transaction correctly.

Help please? I look forward to being told I'm doing something wrong and shown how to correct it...

(P.S. This occured with a setup following the "plugin requirements")

Heal-Interval: 0 causes VERY high CPU usage

Setting Heal-Interval to 0 in config.yml causes the server to consume lot of CPU (>200%).
