Chinese Language Support

As you may know that I haven't added the Chinese Version for this site since I don't understand Chinese at all 😓
I hope you can help me to add Chinese language support.

SSL has expired on the website

Apparently the SSL certificate was expired for the website.
If I try to go to the website it just returns a Cloudflare Error 526 Invalid SSL certificate.
