Thanks for the Issue Report. I will correct this in the next release.
The impact on the functionality of FQ will be not important. It changes
slightly the size of the theoretical PSF, which serves as a starting guess when
fitting the individual mRNA molecules to the 3D Gaussian.
The really important parameters to set are the pixel-size in XY and the
z-spacing.
