fish-quant's Issues

Experimental parameters, particularly emission and excitation wavelength fields switched?

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Modifying experimental parameters at the main interface window.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
By default, the parameter for emission wavelength is 547 and for excitation
583. With regards to the fact that generally excitation wavelength is lower
than emission, these parameters seem to be scrambled. So the question is: Is
the order of the emission and excitation fill-in field right?

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
FISH-QUANT v2d; OS-X

Please provide any additional information below.
Although setting different parameters makes the theoretical PSF a subject to
change, I am not sure how much it influences the final output of FISHquant.
However, I would like to know that I enter the right parameters to the right
fields. Or, am I missing something?

Thank you for considering this issue.

Fitting step not working anymore

What steps will reproduce the problem?
Fitting step not working anymore suddenly

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Nothing happens and I have error messages on Matlab instead (see below)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Matlab 2012b
