enigma-2017-frontend's Issues

Merge both the branches

Merge both the branches, Once you do the same let me know so that I can pull and start working on it.

Repeating AJAX Code

AJAX Jquery code is repeated a hell lot of times, move this to a function with url being one of the parameters of it.

Login not linked

The Login form has to be linked with the backend, Corresponding response need to taken care of to set up user dashboard.

Readme file

Well, the readme file is pretty boring(read: non-existent).
Would be great if someone could work on this.

Login Popup

The border and the color of the Login button is both same which is not a good UI, replace the Login text with maybe white

image

Sponsors div

Replace TONY&GUY sponsor with a stock image, maybe make a custom image saying This place is reserved for sponsors

[OPEN] Continuos Integration

Hi,
This issue proposes the next step that can be taken here after which this repo can be maintained mostly automatically, and that is continuos integration.
We are looking at two types of tests:

Unit tests

  • These tests will mock out the whole webpage and help us figure out the JS, I propose to use Jasmine but more research needs to be done before coming to any conclusion

User acceptance tests

  • Selenium would be a good choice over here, mocking the behaviour of user and hence moving forward with this.

Continuos Integration

  • Using Travis CI would be the ideal choice(no arguments over here). Running Jasmine with Karma would be a challenging thing to do for beginners and thus a good learning opportunity
