Restructure Project

So it turns out I am not the only one that thinks this is a good idea.

This needs to transition from crappy script to full blown project. Therefore it needs to be restructured.

I need to add:

• Modular back ends that allow multiple data sources with a common API
• A proper file management that can actually rebuild files from a kicad spec file, verify cache integrity and other useful features.
• Add a proper CLI and a NCurses UI
• Build a valid testing framework (something I've never done)
• Build a roadmap of the features planned for this project and the order they are to be completed.
• make sure everything is bundable against from an outside program.

So nothing to difficult or time consuming.
