no such package error at startup

I got the following errors when starting with mrt.

error: no such package: 'jqueryui'
error: no such package: 'bootstrap3-less'
error: no such package: 'iron-router'
client/css/base.less:1:1: Less compiler error: '/packages/bootstrap3-less/bootstrap.import.less' wasn't found

While building package `tag-editor`:
error: no such package: 'jqueryui'

While building package `conductor`:
error: no such package: 'iron-router'

I think it's missing a smart.json. Adding the following and starting again with mrt work for me.
