Newbie question - account setup

I have managed to get the stack to run and I am able to get the login screen.
So I enter the following details username: dev and password: pass1234 - these do not work
How do I create both a user and organisational account?

Error login for the first time

I am trying to run the docker compose but even after creating a user I can't log in using default user/password http://localhost/sessions/create,
but it is not login in.

and also I checked the logs and it generates the API key but when querying Maps API / SQL api using postman it returns that there is no user 'myUser'

upload of data in pending state

when trying to upload data it remains in a pending state

I am not sure where to start to try and debug this error.
Any pointer would be welcomed.
