Re-structure module

Should allow for further development of additional futures without making Measure-Script.ps1 a huge unreadable mess

I personally like the suggested module structure in http://ramblingcookiemonster.github.io/Building-A-PowerShell-Module/ with the addition of a separate Classes directory.

Bug: `catch` clause type lists are incorrectly returned as-is

In VisitCatchClause(), we skip visiting the elements of the type list.

This means the type names like [Exception] below, end up having duplicate parents:

try {
 # ...
}
catch [Exception] {
 # ...
}

Can't run script that runs another script found in its $PSScriptRoot

Consider this Parent.ps1:

$script = Join-Path -Path $PSScriptRoot -ChildPath 'Child.ps1'
& $script -arg 'somearg'

that invokes this Child.ps1:

param([string] $arg)
Write-Host("Child.ps1 called with '-arg $arg'")

Running Parent.ps1 (expectedly) yields:

Child.ps1 called with '-arg somearg'

but Measure-Script -Path Parent.ps1 fails:

Measure-Script : Cannot bind argument to parameter 'Path' because it is an empty string.
